I began my blog 10 years ago. The first entries were short. Each tested my confidence in writing and sharing myself to the unknown world of blogging. Over the years my bench has become a good place to reflect and share things that have inspired me.
Not long after I began this writing, I was introduced to Brené Brown. Her TedTalk on Vulnerability was moving and I felt a good piece to share. It has obviously spoken to many of my readers. Yes, I say many… as of yesterday that posting has been looked at 2484 times.
Several of my posts have been sought out more than once. I have grown in my comfort to share my stories and reflections.
My gratitude for Brené Brown continues. Her insight speaks to a universal longing to be bold and vulnerable. Her words resonate with life’s journey and intent.
It is right to celebrate my 10 years as a blogger with another post that includes Brené Brown. This quote gives me hope and nudges me on to contribute what I have to brighten life’s path and encourage others to do the same.
