Thank you. I'm glad to know or be reminded of this Episcopal feast. As a youngster, I never understood the stereotype about Mary, since my reading of Scripture never saw the evidence. She was healed by Jesus and, I think, her faith and later became the first witness to the resurrection. She went unbelieved, and then Christ appeared. There should have been something about her being listened to from then one; maybe there was, and I've missed it. About her early leadership I hadn't seen so much, though that role is reasonable. She is a remarkable person for her faith and testimony, and could we do nearly as well. Again, Thank you. And I hope you're doing really well.
