And flowers!! Who knows where nature’s offerings will arrive.

It is Spring. All around I watch people in their yards and gardens – tending and planting.
From one gardener I heard “gardening is a time when one is quiet.”
As if a sacred act – time with earth,
a reminder of our connection with creation.
May there be a moment when we can take in the beauty of this season
when creation awakens and calls us to do the same.

Sometimes Monday’s door calls for bright, warm colors.
An image that can hopefully inspire fresh energy as a new week begins!

The week begins-
there are places of delight and beauty to discover along the way. Be they small or large, take note. These treasures can give room for breath in the midst of a busy day.

How easy it is to ‘hit the ground running’ on a Monday morning. In God’s wisdom we are not responsible for the rising of the sun! The day moves ahead with its own rhythm while we easily focus on our own busy schedules.
As hurried as your pace may be, take note of creation’s ‘schedule’. A moment of gratitude can be good for the soul.
